Daniela proved to be an exceptional wedding planner. Being an Italian who speaks absolutely perfect English, she was able to effectively communicate our needs to all the local Italian vendors and people involved in the organisation of our wedding. Nothing was too big a problem or too strange a request. 

Daniela is very dependable, intelligent and cooperative and, above all, she is calm. Weddings can be very fraught and ours was no exception but Daniela was always composed, efficient, helpful and encouraging. We felt we could call or email her with any problem or idea at any time and she would be willing to take it on board and use her initiative to find a solution. She was very mindful of our budget and often advised us when she thought we could save money in one area so it could be better used in another. 

Daniela is honest, intelligent, friendly, imaginative and dependable. She has the perfect characteristics for the ideal wedding planner and we would have no reservations in recommending her to any couple wanting to get married in Italy.

Daniela was absolutely amazing to work with! We started planning our wedding very early, and she was with us every step of the way! I never thought we could actually have our wedding in Italy until I found Daniela. She made all of our visions come true! She was very responsive, professional and accommodating. With us being in the States, the time difference was a challenge, but not for Daniela. She planned ahead to make sure we could talk via Skype. 
Since we don’t live in Italy we weren’t sure of the “normal” options for weddings (ie, food, cake, music…), so Daniela made recommendations for all of the above. EVERYTHING she recommended was EXACTLY what we wanted! Daniela met with us when we arrived and went through all of the plans. On the day of, everything was flawless! I will recommend Daniela to everyone!

From the first time we contacted Daniela, she was extremely professional, very organised and always responded promptly. Not only is Daniela great at her job, but she is also a lovely caring person too. This made the whole process of organising our wedding much easier.

Nothing was ever a problem and Daniela always went over and above to make sure everything was right for us. We even borrowed Daniela’s dog for our photos which was very special for us as our own dogs couldn’t be there. this was the perfect touch to make our wedding a wonderful day that we will never forget. Daniela went over and above to make our day perfect and she is a wonderful, caring person. If you need a wedding planner, Daniela is the best!

With my partner working in the public eye, it was vital we worked with someone who could provide complete discretion. Daniela was pro-active, positive and always contactable. She has fabulous contacts and all the suppliers we worked with provided the highest quality service. Daniela was not only coordinating our wedding but a photo shoot for a national magazine in the U.K (as our wedding pictures were being shown in HELLO! magazine), we had 2 cameramen, a photographer, makeup artists, different locations, carriages and cars and she co-ordinated it all effortlessly. From start to finish the process of planning my wedding with Daniela was wonderful and her presence on the day itself was incredibly calming. I would whole heartily recommend Daniela for a personal yet professional service that ensured we had the most magical wedding day.

When my husband and I were in the beginning stages of wedding planning, we actually “interviewed” a few wedding planners, but eventually chose Daniela from Dolce Vita Weddings. We live in DC and wanted someone who is familiar with Rome, as well as the venues and vendors there. We were able to meet with Daniela and our vendors/venues a year prior to our wedding, and it was obvious from the vendors that Daniela has a positive reputation amongst them!

In hindsight, we are grateful that we chose Daniela. Our welcome party, wedding ceremony/reception, and farewell brunch exceeded our expectations. Daniela was easy to work with and communicate with. If we needed to touch base with her via video chat, she was able to set up a meeting as soon as possible. She’s very organized — each email thread has its own purpose (music, florist, menu, etc.), which was really helpful when our questions seemed all over the place!

It was evident that Daniela knows the vendors and venues well. She sent us many options for our Welcome Party, Church, Reception, and Farewell brunch. We loved working with Daniela from Dolce Vita Weddings!

Once upon a time there was a Swiss Italian couple living in Switzerland who just wanted a little fairy-tale wedding in Rome…  Fortunately, they have found a fairy godmother called Daniela De Luca who satisfied every wish they had and made that their dreams came true…

Jessica and me wanted to thank you again from deep of our hearts for everything you’ve done that we had our dream wedding. You were very understanding from the beginning until the day of the wedding and still today…;) It didn’t matter if we came up with any changes of plans or additional wishes, you managed it to our best. Since the very first e-mail contact you were always professional and at the same time cordially and close. Especially for Jessica it was always like a very good friend of her is planning our wedding. So she wasn’t afraid to write you all her ideas and images via whatsapp and you always wrote back straightaway. Some times it was stressful to make all the decisions but with your support and routine everything worked out perfectly. Every single guest enjoyed it and said that this wedding was the best wedding (excluded their own wedding of course) they ever were.

Thank you very much, grazie di cuore, “herzlichä Dank” (Swiss German ;))!!! Thanks to you we had a perfect wedding day and we will remember our day forever only with good thoughts! We would recommend every couple to get organized their wedding in Rome with “Dolce Vita Weddings”. 

Without doubt this was one of our best decisions we’ve made. By the way we can tell that we have found a lovely friend in Rome and we will keep in touch with you and hopefully will meet us again in Italy and Switzerland….:)

When my fiancé and I began this destination wedding planning process we knew a planner was a must. And we will always be grateful to our wedding planner Daniela! She made our wedding seamless! For us, Dolce Vita Weddings was a great choice! Daniela helped us to create our dream wedding, while the planning process was fun and stress-free. Her advice was always well-reflected and very helpful in our decision process. When my wife and I decided to get married in Rome we quickly realised that a wedding planner would be essential. We spoke to several different individuals and companies, both in the UK and in Italy and found Daniela with Dolce Vita Weddings to be the best by far.

Once we started planning the wedding with Daniela it was immediately clear that we’d made the right choice. Daniela says that she offers a bespoke service and that’s exactly what she does; we described what we wanted our wedding to look like and she understood what we meant and gave us exactly what we wanted.

There was no pressure to make the wedding bigger or more expensive and her advice regarding things that we hadn’t thought of and little details that would make the day even better was invaluable. Throughout the whole process Daniela was on hand to answer any of our questions very quickly and guide us through all of the paperwork and Italian bureaucracy, which to an outsider can be daunting but with Daniela it was a breeze. 

Our wedding simply couldn’t have happened without Daniela and I’m confident that nobody else would have done as good of a job as she did, we’re also proud to now count Daniela as a friend and hope to meet up with her and Scot dog for many years to come whenever we visit Rome. If you’re getting married in Rome, speak to Daniela and you won’t regret it!
